The river port of Duisburg is the fastest growing office location in the Rhine-Ruhr Region, which, in turn, is the third largest urban center m Europe. Five ho. it shaped buildings were arranged in a comb – like structure along the waterfront. The relation to the water and the equality of all work places are fundamental principles of the design.

A two story service building with dressing rooms, showers, kitchens and all technical facilities is situated beneath the rainforest hill |
