Starenky Vienna museum of schnapps (Alt-Wiener Schnapsmuseum) – the unique personal production exposition belonging to a family Fischer. It is based in 1875, is located in enterprise walls. Many years of Fishera do usual schnapps on the Austrian traditional technologies.
5 generations Fisherov have been occupied with alcohol creation. Today at ancient family plant as before distill strong drink, observing century secrets of patrimonial skill. The oldest the representative of the enterprise – Gerhard Fischer invites guests in distillation shop. To guests of a museum show production process "alive".

The fermented fruit for distillation cooks in a big two-ton copper (distillate here becomes only from fruit). Original Austrian schnapps is an absolute distillate, without additives. But at the enterprise Fisherov make and the mixed drinks: absinthe liqueurs, cocktails, collection liqueurs. To guests show grasses, to spice, korenye and nutlets, spices and the essences being stored in closed vessels and applied to creation of compositions.

Not including technologies of distillation and the shop equipment in a museum Fisherov it is possible to behold a room situation of a standard of 1902: typewriters, ancient cash desks and phone, enterprise merits, documents and photo.
The excursion trip on Alt-Wiener Schnapsmuseum comes to the end with tasting of drinks.
Operating time: once a day from 9:00 to 17:30 o’clock: only for groups from 10 people according to the preparatory demand!
