The framework plan for the new buildings envisages an integrated overall clinic, the so-called Heidelberg ring of clinics with in a closely networked complex ol buildings The Medical Clinic is broken down into three structural elements: the entrance hall with the patients pathway, the adjoining examination treatment and research buildings along its length and the ward tract that faces the park which links up With the patients’ pathway via glass bridges. |
