The existing congregation center of the Church of the Resurrection located on the southeastern edge of Speyer was slated to be extended. An extension building was therefore developed for a site between the old building and the rectory. A low cube built in exposed concrete connects the existing congregation center, the new sacral space, and the garden. |

SAP ARENA MANNHEIM The Arena is a multi-functional, two-tier stadium with 13.800 seats. The main challenge was to develop the ice-sports centre Mannheim into an outstanding, flexible convention site. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, a smooth and quick transformation from an ice-sport stadium into a handball field, a concert hall or a theatre stage is possible. |
